CRASHING AT LAUNCH?Many people have been reporting that apps they buy on the App Store will not install and/or launch. While Apple figures out what the problem is, there are some things you can do which usually fixes it. Try these in this order until it is fixed: 1. Reboot your iPhone twice (hold down the power and home buttons for 10 seconds). 2. If that failes then you should re-download a fresh copy of the game. To do that, go back into the App Store (either on the iPhone or in iTunes) and click 'Buy Now'. Don't worry, if you've already purchased it then you will see a message asking you if you want to re-download it for free. You may need to delete the game first before you can download a fresh copy. You can also see Apple's App Store Troubleshooting Guide which has some additional information. If you need further help you can contact Apple's Customer Support from the iTunes Help menu. |

UPDATE ERASED YOUR SAVED GAMES?There appears to be a bug in Apple's App Store updater where installing an update to an app will randomly delete the existing App's data files. In the case of Enigmo, this will cause your saved games to get deleted. This problem appears to be rare, but it does affect many people. So, you should be backing up your iPhone with iTunes, and if this happens you can restore it so you won't lose your saved games. |

PROBLEMS WITH SOUND?There is a small bug in the iPhone OS which causes the audio in an app not to turn on once it has been turned off. The solution is this: go into the game's Settings dialog and turn the Sound Effects: ON. Then press the Done button to save the changes. Now quit the game and relaunch it. That should turn the audio back on. Also, be sure that your iPhone is not set to vibrate-only mode. In vibrate-only mode the game's audio will be muted. |

WILL THERE BE MORE LEVELS? |

| YES!! We are currently working on an update that will allow you to download more game files to your iPhone. There are currently many custom game files available for the Mac version of Enigmo, so most of these will be available for the iPhone version. Plus, you can make your own custom games with the Mac version and upload them to the iPhone. This new update should be available soon. | |||||||
