1. The school must order at least two copies of the book. Orders for just one copy cannot receive the special discount pricing.

2. Orders within the USA receive free shipping, but if you are outside of the USA then you will need to contact our sales department for shipping rates.

3. To place an order, you will need to have the school send a Purchase Order along with a check to the address below. Please note that full payment must be included with the Purchase Order.

MILITARY PERSONNEL

Here are the rules to get the special military pricing of $30:

1. You only need to order one copy of the book to get the special pricing, but you must be an active member of the US Military.

2. Orders within the USA receive free shipping, but if you are outside of the USA then you will need to contact us for shipping rates. VERY IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES SINCE OUR WAREHOUSE USES UPS / FED-EX, AND THEY CANNOT DELIVER TO PO OR APO BOXES. YOU MUST SUPPLY US WITH A STREET ADDRESS TO SHIP TO.

3. To place an order, you will need to send a check for $30 (plus shipping if not in the US) along with some sort of proof that you're in the military. We'll take a photo of you in uniform as proof or a copy of your military ID (with any sensitive info blocked out), or whatever you feel works.
