This slider has the same effect as the volume buttons on an iPhone, but for iPod Touche's that don't have those buttons, this is how you control the device's master volume.
This switch toggles the game's music on/off, and the slider sets the volume of the music.

This setting determines how easy the cars are to drive, and how intelligent the computer car drivers are. In hard mode the computer drivers will be very good and very hard to beat, but in Easy mode they're pretty dumb and are much easier to beat.
Determines how sensitive the accelerometer steering is. Moving the slider left makes it less sensitive, and moving it right makes it more sensitive.
When turned on the camera will be from the driver's point-of-view, so it will be like you are riding in the cart. When it is off, the camera follows behind the cart.
INVERT BACKWARD STEERING
Causes the car to steer the opposite direction when going in reverse. This may not sound right, but it actually makes driving easier and more intuitive.
