Windows/Linux?
« on: January 18, 2018, 02:13:44 PM »
Just wondering if it looks like you'll ever get another company to port your games to windows/linux since IFD disappeared.  I would love to play bugdom, cromagrally & ottomatic on Linux.

Would Pangaea ever have interest in multiplatform development?  There is the quesa library that was use to port bugdom & nanosaur, and the engine for your newer games must be portable as IFD ported otto & bug2.  There are even engines already out there like Godot, crystalspace & appgamekit

I haven't really even thought about it because the games are so old.  I don't think anyone would want to take on the huge task of porting such old games.

Thank-you, your replies are always so prompt.

Old games are kinda in right now, look at the success of yooka-laylee or ratchet & clank.  3d platformers are coming back.
