Ha - hence the reason my scores suck!  So then begs the question, why bother having them at all?

For the people trying to get high individual game scores, I assume they start collecting all of the coins if/when they see a game heading in a direction where they're rivaling they're previous best high score for a single game before they kill off the last plane.  And for anyone working on their cumulative high score, you may as well be picking them up during the games whenever near them.

This is indeed the case.  ;)

OK, I was wrong about the quadro when it first came out.  I've played with it a ton, mastered it, & have fun flying it, and I've flown against it plenty, too, & it hasn't changed the game from what it was.  I don't mind flying against it any longer at all---although it is sort of a wild card and can do a lot of damage sometimes.  I'd rather play against it with my tiburon (even if the quadro is being flown by one of the very rare people who have mastered it) than fly against a good balsa player.  It's a close call and I still don't like seeing quadros simply due to the massive amount of ammo they spit out all over the room when flown well, but I'm glad they're part of the game (although I sort of wish they were just those mini, regular looking  helicopters u can fly in the house so they didn't look so much like an alien space craft invading AW).

I do still wish they didn't get blown around so far because that makes piloting them & doing well inconsistent & based more on luck than skill & I see this as a game of skill, like I've mentioned.  If they ever stopped being blown around so far into things randomly, though, then they'd become much more dangerous . . . .  It's been long enough for people to get really good w/them, yet when u watch them on the radar in a game u'll see them slowly spin out in a crash (& mostly not due to pilot error in my experience once u've flown it for awhile, but by being blown into something out of nowhere), than go down dogfighting.  It's actually frustrating for me when they go down like that when  I'm fighting them, too, b/c I'd much rather win by taking them down myself as it's anti-climatic to win a game b/c someone simply crashed.

Bottom line is we need less complaining and more praise about the new selection of planes. The game has a lot of levels and nice selection of planes now, honestly I was getting bored before the update with the planes even my tiberon. I can't even fly it like I used too I just got burned out and I'm very happy to have a bigger selection period. I run into quad fliers all day" or should I say they run into other things" they really are no great threat to me in any plane at all, no greater than a bomber loaded up on ammo....

I agree with Luther.  Kudos to Brian for keeping Air Wings fresh and engaging with his continued development efforts.

I flake out of games often these days when their bugging out, 20 pencils don't kill a dart when it's like that so why waist my time, not just a quardro thing

I feel kind of sorry for the old guard of good balsa pilots.  Now they have to fight quadros that hold as many pencils as they do AND can chase them down.  Now us old tiburon pilots can get in the quadro in the loop & give them 6 pencils in the face & take them down, or, if the balsa tries to run, catch up & give them 6 pencils in the rear.  Either way they're often going down quicker & easier than when they just had good tiburon pilots to complain about.

Cool video of what a real rc quadrocopter pilot is capable of doing with it:  http://www.flixxy.com/coolest-rc-quadrocopter.htm

I officially hate this plane. I refuse to fight anyone who flies it anymore. This plane should have never been added at all. I stop playing the game for a week and I come back to a whopping 5 loses because of this stupid thing. Brian,I hopes it's your top priority to get rid of or weaken this plane like you did with the tiburon. The only thing that has a chance at beating the Quadrocoppter if it has a good pilot is another Quadrocoppter. And I suck at flying that thing anyway. You may think I'm complaining too much, but for me to lose 5 times in one day because of that thing staying in one spot firing one million darts and rubber bands at me while at the same time I can't even get a dart to hit the thing is completely stupid.

Pencils run more pencils, that's the main key for me. If there's nowhere to hidi I go under them, if I can I just hit a corner load up and attack again... Try it man and focus on stick and move they wear down pretty quick for me. Its just like a more maneuverable bomber to me, bit the tiberon is still king of maneuverability so focus on that and not speed alone. Outflying them is key because even myself who's very good with it tends to crash the quadro at some point. Create explosions from pencils near them while they are by walls because they will bounce alot if done properly and hit the wall. You fly the tibi good so you just need to find a way comfortable to you because there are ways. Not so hard for me but sometimes things are like that, just find your way you can if your willin
