Scoring not updating?

So, I changed the timing of the scores submissions in 3.0 and I'm curious if it has had any effect.  Has anyone noticed if the high scores are taking hold in Game Center better now?  Or is it the same old 1 out of 3 times it doesn't seem to work?

Well I scored 19000 am some change an it gave me 18 an some change, better than it has been for me. Haven't past that so can't say if it's better sometimes than others after any changes that may have taken place :o
